The Automatic Belt System can automatically load and simultaneously inject up to 20 moulds of different sizes speeding up the entire production process. This can double the standard daily production rates allowing upto 4800 pieces to be produced in just 8 hours. The model is fully controllable from a tablet allowing the operator to check statistics and productivity levels. The belt system is equipped with a transparent melting tank with a constant vacuum system along with digital sensors to control the pressure. .
