Galloni G1, G3, G5 Ultimate

As part of the latest range of Galloni induction heated vacuum machines, this technically advanced equipment allows for casting cycles to be completed in just 5 minutes. The G series is equipped with a colour 7-inch touch screen that allows the operator to follow the casting sequence step-by-step and has an automatic adjustment of power and frequency output. The operator simply must charge the crucible, place the casting flask in position and press one button.

Details

• Pouring starts automatically, when the temperature “spread” is no more than 4°C either side of the set point and all parameters are achieved. This is followed by strong pressurization of the molten metal by inert gas.
