The Galloni Fusus Heavy Duty centrifugal casting machine, a low frequency vacuum induction machine providing inert gas (argon/helium) protection removing gasses from invested flasks, helping to eliminate porosity. This machine is equipped for heavy duty applications and built to last. It is controlled by Galloni’s innovative casting software via a 7” LCD Panasonic screen providing a stress-free experience for the operator. This software also allows for automatic temperature and power adjustments. This machine delivers high quality dense castings of both platinum and gold in extremely fast cycle times.

All casting parameters are programmable and can be stored in memory. This includes metal temperature, arm speed, vacuum pressure, and gas pressure. This allows for the operator to build a bespoke library of casting programmes linked to specific models and metals.
